Weekend courses
(funny and inspiring courses
for everyone interested in horses)
The first time I have a weekend course at a stable/ horse center we do a lot of groundwork without the horse and not so much riding. Some would call it theory but we do not sit still and we don’t get bored. We do a lot of exercises that improves our body awareness and therefore our riding abilities.
After the first weekend course we often continue meeting with less theory and more riding.
It doesn’t matter what discipline you are in, what age you are or what level you are in.
