If you don’t have the possibility to ride for me as often as you would like you can have some one tape you while you ride and send me by mail or e-mail. You can also put it on net and give me the link.

I will watch the tape several times and give you a review of what a think you should put your energy into or a training plan. You can tell me specific what you want help with and I will give you exercises I believe would help.
