About Marte Teigen
I learned Marte to know 5 years ago. Then she was my daughter riding instructor. She helped us to buy our first horse. As new horse owners we had the pleasure of sharing her knowledge about horses and horse keeping.
I was nearly 50 when I started to ride. Marte did a fantastic job teaching me to get a good balance and how to use the body to influence the horse. She used practical tactics as well as simple symbolism.
Marte want everybody to learn more. She regularly invites to clinics with herself or other well known instructors.
I do hope she will get the possibility to more education and go on teaching for several years.

To whom it may concern
I have been one of Marthe Teigens students for about a year. Im riding a Danish warmblood mare. Earlier on I have been riding dressage and done some showjumping. During this last year Marthe has given me a lot of new tools and increased my skills in riding this horse. She is a brilliant instructor, very passionate and giving. She`s got a lot of knowledge witch she generously shares with her students. All in all: she is a very good instructor with the ability to open her students eyes so they can improve their way of riding their horses in a much better way. And the importent thing is: the horses seem to enjoy it!
